I think I was not given the room that I booked as it was different than picture.Room condition was very poor. Walls were dirty with lot of spit marks. Cupboard did not have any hanger and was dirty so I couldn’t even think to keep my things there. Bathroom was dirty and in very poor condition. there were no toilet paper and I asked staff and they never sent it. There was one dirty dustbin which I could not open. I asked to change it and it did not happen ever. Room price is misleading with given 50% discount so do not get fooled with it. it is not worth even they give you 80% discount on the price. Staff just promised to do the thing and never fulfill it. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Location near cafes and restaurants. Staff is polite and helpful.

Rooms are super dirty. We had: A random hand print on the mirror, stain marks on the runner, bed sheet with oil and food stains and a night that left us itchy in places.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark, bedsheet was stained. Not clean enough to feel unhygienic. Room was too small.

Worst hotel I ever visit in my life as they were not able to ready my room till 12 and instead of making it ready they asked me to shift another hotel(Anand Palace) which may be there subsidiary firm . I relocate to that hotel but this hotel was very worst about cleanliness and staff behaviour.

Room should have ready before 11 atleast so that if anyone come early to the city where should he stay on railway station / bus stand / airport ?
