It is a very good hotel in the most prestigious neighborhood in Jaipur. The room was very spacious, the breakfast variety was large, also had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant, and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus. I also used their laundry services. The only downside was the wifi, which did not work well or at all. Big thanks to Saleem, who helped me with drivers and recommendations.

This was a really disappointing stay. We thought we’d booked a premium hotel with roof top pool and bar. On arrival the first thing we did was go up to the roof to find the whole thing closed. Not even a cushion on any of the chairs so they could be enjoyed. On enquiring we were just told, no it’s closed. Ok, well that’s not what is being advertised 🤦‍♀️. The pool itself was open and looked nice but there was not a soul in sight and in order to get any sort of drink you had to go downstairs to level 1, stand in the bar for a very long time to then eventually be served the wrong drinks. We didn’t make a fuss as it really wasn’t worth it and the staff we spoke to were very sweet but just said they were short staffed and had 3 events on. This is a conference/ wedding hotel, not somewhere to stay for a relaxing break and the roof top bar is non existent 😢. Hallway carpets need a serious deep clean as are all stained and certainly not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and at the price we paid it was daylight robbery
