The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the shower was good. The location was very convenient for visiting Split, about a 10 minute walk from the Diocletian's Palace. There are tons of restaurants nearby, stores, and the green market is less than five minutes away.
A warning: the closest parking (four minutes from the apartment) is VERY expensive - overnight it's 5 euros per hour and it *doesn't* take credit cards! There's cheap parking about 10 minutes away, up the hill near the big grocery store. Drive to near the apartment, drop your bags, then drive to the parking lot. Or, park in the close lot (only 2 euros/hour during the day), take your bage to the apartment, then drive to the less expensive parking lot.

Great property with an easy 10miute walk to the port and old town split. Bonus of being in a quiet neighborhood. Markets were nearby which was great (food and clothing), as was a pharmacy and a mini market. Property was very clean and properties description is accurate. Bonus of having a washing machine and under cover drying court was great. Host was super and easily contactable. Would stay here again.
AC filter could do with a clean and was only in the main living area an not the bedrooms.
