This is a perfect location. The room was a great size with a kitchenette space, an individual-use-cup coffee machine & Bialetti Moka coffee pot or similar, and a washer for use. There was also a nice terrace to sit outside with a table and chairs. The room had air conditioning and a tv. The host was very nice. The area is near a lot of great shopping, restaurants, the bus, and the main train station, Pescara Centrale. The beach is just a few blocks away, within walking distance.

Great location, good mattress, kitchen well equipped and had great coffee. The host was friendly, helpful and approachable. The area was very quiet at night so assured of a good sleep.

Pillows very thick, like a giant marshmallow.

Terrible, terrible place! It had a dirty, grubby feeling to it. The fridge smells of dead rotten fish. The badly designed 'kitchenette' had a couple of pans but no utensils, the owner suggested we use plastic knives and forks. He half showed us how to use the capsule coffee machine but there were no capsules. We had grannies old curtains as bed linen with a plastic under sheet that made you sweat all night. The place has a weird smell to it, we used the decorative candles to try and mask it. A small shower with a broken door and the hot water stopped on the second day. The room is decorated with tatt and to top it off the neighbors/owner next door had the tv on full volume from midday 330am. Do not stay here! If it wasn't for financial reasons we would have moved to elsewhere after the 1st night. They proudly display a ratings poster from 2 years ago 8.1 , i dont think they would get 1.8 now. Not sure where the pictures are from or they are a long time ago.

Location only and it was not too expensive but there are better places to book for sure...

Lady's hospitality, she didn't want to give us salt and pepper on Sunday and was very impolite! Internet connection very weak, electricity plugs not suitable for my laptop, very small studio, uncomfortable beds...
