The location was handy. I loved that they had a restaurant on site. It was budget accommodation.
There was no soap in the room. The carpet was dirty. The room needed maintenance, the vanity was coming off the wall. No bedside lamp. It was dusty. There were 2 big bathrooms, I'm not sure which was for females & which for males. (Hot drink making facilities was in a hallway.)

Clean and comfy
A little small for 3 people but otherwise excellent

The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. It was handy having a fridge in the room. Good to have off-street parking.
The carpet could do with updating. There were no accessible power points which made charging a phone very difficult. No chairs to sit outside on the verandah. One of our rooms was next to the manager's quarters and the volume of that tv was turned off! That is completely unfair as the rooms are advertised with having a tv so what is the point when you can't hear it!
