We loved the location near the river and the apartment was nice. We had everything we needed and Laia our host was lovely - responsive and efficient whenever approached via text.

The small shower room is in need of modernisation - particularly the windows and the shower door. The whole apartment, whilst traditional and clean - for the money, we found it a little jaded sadly. The bedside light was broken and simply hidden.

Great location- easy to walk to different areas of town. The apartment had everything you would need- it was nice to be able to wash some clothes in the washing machine. There is a great restaurant just down the street and we had one of our best meals there. It appears the locals go here to eat...the food was amazing! The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The location only and the beds were good.

The apartment needs a major make over. It had a bad smell and if you suffer from asthma it’s a definite don’t stay.

Great location surrounded by lots of restaurants. Easy to access all the sites too. Wi-Fi was good and the Koran was well equipped. very warm - we turned heating thermostat right down.

There was a great deal of street noise dash and night so take your ear plugs. The shower ducky like it when people ran the tap and used water elsewhere in the apartment. The walls needed a bit of touching up paint wise.

The location is perfect! About a 7 minute walk from the train station. Communication was good only prior to check-in and the self-check-in process was very easy.

DO NOT BOOK. If you’re looking for a run-down, unprofessional, non-functioning, and a sleepless place to stay then this is the place for you. Around 1 am you will hear the loud cleanup crew outside in their trucks cleaning the streets. They will be there for a couple of hours cleaning. This is not a historic building, it is a run-down building. Historic building means it is well-kept and maintained but the inside of the apartment is not maintained. The property was dirty and the plumbing was a huge issue. The place does not look clean like the photos. The property has a blue couch (pictured) with stains all over the seats. We used a bed sheet to cover the couch. There are dings on the walls (pictured) of the living room. The microwave plate is missing so we used a regular plate. Upon check-in, the plastic dining room chairs and kitchen cabinets were dirty with stains and sticky surfaces. My group chose this property because we wanted to use the kitchen. We cleaned them and I messaged the owner that the place was dirty but we went ahead and cleaned it because we needed to use the kitchen space. I sent them videos of the dirty cabinets but they were upset that I cleaned their kitchen and chairs, and tried to accuse me of intentionally dirtying the place. The next problem was the toilet. There are 2 bathrooms on this property but it is not detailed on here. The door to the second bathroom (located next to the front door) looked like a utility closet door/storage so we didn’t attempt to open it. We noticeably saw the first bathroom because it’s next to the living room and it had a normal looking door like the bedroom doors. Since we didn’t discover the second bathroom we didn’t use it and had left the first night to walk around town. When we came back, we opened the utility/storage door to put our coats away and discovered it was a second bathroom. When we opened the door we saw water on the floor coming out of the toilet.

The hosts allowed us to drop our bags off early even before the place had been cleaned. There are lots of restaurants in the area and small grocery shops. It’s a bit far to the main attractions in Florence, but still walkable.

We instantly felt at home in the spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with a washing machine. The location was perfect four walking to all points of interest, and for taking train day-trips. The host was attentive before, during, and after our visit. Just perfect.

Cozy and clean. Location is very good, it's near central station and almost every famous place is within walking distance.

The only problem is that the shower drain is not good.
