Wonderful!

It is obvious that this home is well cared for and customer service is top priority. It was absolutely spotless and the details made me think of a boutique hotel. Items from snacks, coffee and water to extra toiletries and lots of streaming options. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice and quiet. Next time we return to Coeur d'Alene we will be booking here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Grateful for everything!! Plenty of towels, great essentials for the kiddos and the snack basket was a hit for my mini humans!!! Honestly it was so refreshing to have no toys too!!! Thanks for having us; we hope to return ❤️

Everything about this property is first rate. It is immaculate, everything is extremely well taken care of and very comfortable. The Quigley are excellent hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic property! My husband and I stayed here to visit Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding area. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great coffee spot. Thanks to our hosts for that recommendation! The property is the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and was well equipped with everything (and more) that we could need. The beach towels and cooler were much appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

You truly couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at. The home is up to date and very clean. It had all of the amenities that could need and more. It is placed in a cute and quiet neighborhood with a couple of parks and trails. Everything was within a 10-20 minute drive. When we go back we will definitely try and secure this home again.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend at The CDA Resort nearby. We wish we would have had more time at the house to enjoy the BBQ, the peaceful backyard, the ping pong table, and all the movies provided. The house was spotless! The beds were so comfortable and the sheets and bath linens were very nice. It was an added bonus to be able to park in the garage. We will keep this place in mind for the next time we are in CDA!

Reality matched the website description with well stocked amenities and lovely decor! Many golf courses close by and hiking opportunities near by! Highly recommend.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home in a cute safe neighborhood. The house was comfy cozy and had everything we needed. Brandon was very accommodating and let us check in early so our two little guys could take a nap in comfort instead of the car. Looking forward to staying again. Thanks again

This is a very nice and clean home, and it was perfect for us while we were in Idaho visiting family. Great communication with the owners who have taken great care of the house. The home had everything you would need, and we were super comfortable staying there. Cute street and nice quiet neighborhood.

This home was clean with a beautiful yard and a great space in the backyard for barbecuing and just hanging out. Beds were lovely… foam mattresses very comfortable… and rooms were spacious and well appointed. Thoughtful amenities. Great value. We would stay again!

We’ve had such great luck on VRBO and they just keep getting better! This house is at the top of our list when it comes to great stays - the pictures don’t do the place justice. The house is so comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped if you like to cook meals, and nothing is very far away. Plus,, there were a lot of really thoughtful bonuses - coffee (and filters), snacks for when we arrived (we were so hungry!), salt/pepper, mustard/mayo/relish/ketchup, beach towels/chairs, coolers….and so much more. All these things - seemingly small - really added to the enjoyment of our stay. Our son is 10 but if you have smaller kids it’d be a great place too. We loved our stay and would definitely come back to stay!

Our favorite rental! Attractively decorated without all the Shabby Chic and Kitch which takes up all the usable spaces. Very comfortably accommodates the number it says. Family loved the big cozy lounging sofa for watching movies. Great TV. Everything in the logically arranged working kitchen needed to start cooking and feed a crew. Wonderfully big table to hold food and games. Beds and bathrooms were top notch. Pleasant and quiet backyard. Usually, I can think of multiple ways to improve our stay but, can't think of one thing with this beauty. We know why it is booked out and thankful we found the few days not booked.

This home was perfectly set up for our family. It was great having the kids sleep in their own beds and the owners really thought of everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We utilized the backyard a lot and ate most meals out there. The kids loved running around on the grass. The only thing we didn't expect was the faint sound of gunshots upon our arrival, which we later discovered was due to a nearby shooting range. I want to point it out incase others are caught off guard, but also make a point to say that it did not affect our stay by any means, it was just something we didn't expect. The neighborhood itself was very safe with families all around and a park just around the corner. We would absolutely stay here again should our travels take us back to Coeur D'Alene!

This property is exceptional. Fantastic beds, very clean inside and out, comes with everything you could ever need or want including even a pack n play. The property owners were the very best you could ever ask for. They checked in w us a couple different times just to make sure everything was OK or if we needed anything. Also, the grocery store, salons, shops, parks and the lake are all within minutes from this house. Couldn't have asked for better! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Idaho.
