Location and separate bedrooms made the stay perfect for our family. Luggage storage was available too!

“Fat Cat” bar across the street was noisy but that’s expected with such a great location.

Really central location, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated/themed rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Can’t fault it!

It's in a really perfect location. You never need public transport. The room was very clean, there was a freezer section in the fridge. Room was so clean. I can prefer to my friends for stay here.

there are two problems, check-in time was 15:00. We requested early check-in. They also sent us a message saying 'you can leave your luggage even if there is no early check-in'. They said you can come to our main center. However, it is not possible to log in to the main center without a password. If the password given to you is not valid before the check-in time, how can we leave our luggage at the main center? I asked them for help but they didn't answer me until the hour came and our half day was garbage. This was a huge waste of time for us. And one more negative thing, all the sounds in the apartment are heard. You can hear the sound even when someone is talking on the phone or someone from the opposite room is typing their password for our room.

Location was perfect

The bed could be longer. It was too short for tall people.

The apartment was very cozy , with all the main facilities, very clean, and the bath room was spacious and perfect . will book again next time in Prague.

The reception staff were very friendly. They helped me with parking and gave me immediate answers to my questions, so I had no problems with my stay.

The soundproofing was not good enough to hear conversations in the next room, but there was nothing else uncomfortable.

The location could not be any better, it is a 2 minute walk from the old town square, which is absolutely stunning. Walking distance from all attractions and great food and drink options within reach. Very unique and impressive decor. Loved it!

I found the pillows uncomfortable but my wife didn't so it might just be me.

The apartment was lovely and so clean. It’s right in the centre so we were walking distance from everything. You need a pin to access the building, lift/stairs and room so we felt very safe. The bed was SO comfy, we had the best nights sleep every night

It was quite hard to find as the entrance is in between 2 shops and just had a house number but we managed to find it in the end

The location was extremely convenient. Easily walkable to all main attractions on out itinerary (Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, Jewish Quarter, Old Town Square).

Very clean, large suite, the king bed was very comfy, all appliances new, great communication, and great location being at 5 to 10 minutes from all the main touristic points of interest.

The street noise up to 2 am in morning made mostly by drunk tourists is insane. I thought i am at Mardi Gras in New Orleans. And by 6 am they start to clean the streets, pick-up garbage, delivery to stores/restaurants. This street "links" the Old Market and the Charles Bridge area, and for some reason tourists loves to walk late night this distance even if everything is closed. This place, like many in Prague, does not have an AC and therefore becomes a problem if you want to sleep with the opened window due to the extreme noise. earplugs are a must. The city mayor should do something as far as the law does not allow drinking in the street, and restore the city to its fame. note: my suite was located at 1st floor.

The four of us rented Saxana (4th floor, 2 bedroom) apartment. The location of the apartments is exceptional - in the center of the Old town, so all major landmarks were up to 20min walk. The staff was exceptional as well - prompt in communication, and very helpful. The apartment was kept very clean and the size of apartment was nice. The beds and matresses were of good quality as well.

The good location has it's drawbacks - it's quite noisy up until 12-1AM. Our specific apartment was high enough and with quality windows, which when closed, kept that noise to minimum and at non-disturbing level.

Superb Location 5 to 10 min walkin to all main locations in historic centre,clean and easy access

Tv programs were poor just some german and 2 czech music channels. will not be problem as that was not purpose of stay but will be nice to have few or atleast one channel for our wee boy.
