The house was so cute and perfect for a Florida vacation! My parents stayed a week to visit. We live within walking distance and spent a lot of time at the pool. It is a smaller pool, but it was perfect for our 3 kids (13, 11, 8). The pool was a great temperature, lots of pool towels, great seating, and had some toys. The screened in porch was wonderful for dinners. The outdoor games were fun for the kids and they loved the turf! The neighbor was very nice when the kids accidentally threw a bean bag across the fence. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The TVs were great! The kids watched many movies with their grandma in the living room. We even read one of the books that was there:) The garage had chairs and umbrellas for the beach and was unlocked. I appreciated being able to get into the garage. The backyard was fenced in with 6ft solid fencing. I would feel comfortable having a dog and loved how private it was. The kitchen was clean and dishes were all good. The door automatically locked after a minute or 2. There was a cute basket with some things to get started on the kitchen table. When messaged with a question, the response was very quick! The neighborhood is nice, safe, great location! Highly recommend for everyone! Will for sure rent again!

Just a few minor things as suggestions, NOTHING was bad or frustrating at this rental. The fan in the living room needs a pull string for the fan part. If you turn on the light, the fan won't shut off.. We could only find 1 kitchen towel. The dish disposal wasn't working, but my father fixed it:) I really wish week rentals would have more than few getting you started items. The basket was wonderful, but having a little closet with like 5 good rolls of paper towels, assume dish washer getting run daily, so 7 packets for that, same for washer and dryer, and enough Dawn to do dishes. Those things are a pain to buy for just a week and I think it would really set this home above all the others even more! We also stayed once where they had some snacks in their welcome basket. That was fun for the kids! Even some gluten free items we have to eat.

very comfortable, clean and extremely quiet. great location for what we needed in Bonita Springs.

pool was to be heated but it was freezing, really unusable. bugs in the house, small ants. watered down hand soaps in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Everything was great!

Above and beyond of what I expected. Very clean and spacious. Close to the beach, and the home came with all the extras you would need for the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked everyday. Grocery stores are near by and a beautiful backyard with very clean pool and grill. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe.

The property management waits until exactly 3pm to give you code to enter. Would have been nice to allow some flexibility.
