The location was what we say in RealEstate location location the staff was great especially Gabriela She was vey attentive very helpful and friendly. Is one is looking for a very central location clean and apparently a new construction rverything did look new breakfast was very good access to yellow hip on hop off stop down a block stop 7 ATM steps away water front 5 min walk where Cristiano Renaldo Museum is located a must visit Ritz restaurant outdoor delicious food snd Gelato. Wine tasting and several excellent restaurants within steps of the S Francisco Park also steps away. Location was the best

Good location in the heart of Funchal city centre, with helpfull receptionist Sonia, and all the staff.

Good Breakfast, but always repeatedly, must change some things, but at the end is quiet well

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is small, cozy and the rooms look exactly like the photos. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great! A nice surprise was complimentary wine and a welcome cake. Many thanks to Sonia and the rest of the staff, they were wonderful, kind and very helpful, it was a pleasure to meet them. We definitely recommend staying at São Francisco Accommodation! :)

Breakfast could be a bit more varied, specifically adding scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and some nutella/caramel spread. But if you're not too picky, you'll enjoy breakfast anyway!

Amazing team, very welcoming and kind. They made the experience 10/10. Location was great as well, close to the center and the bus station.

Only that the floor of the room was in tiles as if water goes from the bathroom to the main room, it can become slippery.

Staff were wonderful...it's a lovely hotel, ideally situated in the heart of the city near restaurants and the Avenida do Mar. Breakfast was great Communications were great ahead of arrival.. Wil definitely look to stay there again when we visit

The hotel is in the very city center where you have everything at hand. Just around the corner from the cathedral or Avenida do Mar with all the buses going around the island. The staff are so nice and helpful! When I mentioned that I would have leave before breakfast they immediately suggested to bring something to my room in the evening and put it in the mini fridge for me. Also, they didn’t have a slightest problem with storing my luggage for a week, when I hiked across the island. The service was just perfect! The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. Would stay again.
