Pros: -staff was very approachable, welcoming, and polite -the cleanliness was superb -the room was cozy and the bed was so comfy huge enough to accommodate 2 persons -the the service and facility was beyond expectation -they let me borrow a lamp without giving extra charge. -the location was accessible, as it is in between large shopping malls, and can easily be found -though it's in the center of the city, the area was surprisingly quite even on day time. PS. I asked the names of the on-duty staff who attended my needs as I wanted to mention them specifically and commend them for doing a great job but I lost the pamphlet where I wrote their names. :( Anyway, thank you for making me feel like I was staying on a 5 star hotel! My stay in your place was worthwhile and made me calm as I was about to take my exam. -Single Room 306/ stayed May 18-20

Cons: -The room only has 1 light making it a bit dim at night. Since I need to study my materials for the exam during the night, so I needed more light or a well-lit room. However, the staff was very accommodating to provide me a lamp without giving me additional charges :) -No lift but as soon as I entered the vicinity, a staff greeted me warmly and helped me carry my luggage as the reception area is situated in the second floor. -There was a water interruption but it was resolved after an hour. The staff was so kind enough to offer and provide me with some water, though I refused because it was unnecessary in my part.

Early call for breakfast, should have option for time
