Excellent location. Walking distance to the theatre if you are taking in a show. Restaurants and cafes also within easy, flat walking distance, one is just across the road. Lovely place to walk along the foreshore - flat easy walk with lots of eating options along the way. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. One underground secure parking space also available for a nightly fee. Good communication with the host and the one maintenance request we had was attended to quickly.

Would have like to have 2 key fobs as we were only given one and this made it a bit difficult when more one family member wanted to do something different to the others. You can't get into the building with the fob.

Great location for the city of Newcastle and beaches. Great comfortable two bedroom apartment. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Living area spacious and comfortable. Good secure car parking

I had poor communication prior to arriving. I tried to message numerous times but no one replied. I called a couple of days before arrival about how we collected a key or got access to the apartment and about the confirmation of parking. Was not even certain if parking was on the premises or if I had secured parking. But when I finally found where to go for check, which was at a different building from where we were staying, they then sent me an email with necessary codes and parking was at the Nautilos. We departed early and I had been given details of where to leave the keys in some mail boxes at the same building we had collected the keys from, Somebody called me mid morning to asking for the keys, telling me they were not where they were suppose to be put but the box and code I was given worked for me. This organisation needs better communication skills

Had to collect keys from entirely other location about 1km away. This was difficult to find at night at the rear of the block & not well sign posted. It was also locked @ 7pm & difficult to raise attention although the staff were very pleasant. Then had to drive 1km to the Nautilus. The actual apartment was very good & comfortable. Unfortunately there was no water when we woke up. Seemingly a council problem, but it made the experience difficult although staff were pleasant. We found collecting & returning the key to another location 1km away was inconvenient. Tis a shame as the apartment is very nice.
