Royalty Suites Seaside

Alles an einem Ort. Der kleine direkte Strand vor der Anlage. Wir hatten einen eigenen Sonnenschirm und einen Strandstuhl dabei. Einfache Liegen standen dort einfach so rum.

The beach is close. Very good reastorant nearby. Clean rooms.

The mosquito screens were torn, and the vegetation in the yard had not been treated against insects. We were staying with a small baby, and all of us were badly bitten by mosquitoes. Three out of the seven guests had problems with the strong detergents/chemicals used to treat the bed sheets and towels. The faucets in both the bathroom and the kitchen were damaged. In one of the rooms, there was no remote control for the TV, and it was not provided even after we asked twice.

Location is good in front of the sea and close enough to the main taverns and port in Nikiti. You also have a terrace and a small yard.

Unfortunately, the property did not raise up to our expectations. I will start by saying it was not clean from the moment we received the room throught our stay and towels were not changed during our 5 nights stay. The smell in the bathroom was not easy to deal with. Toiletries were not refilled, we had to buy our own. Wireless internet did not work properly, kept disconnecting and that would not have been a problem if we had network service, which we did not, at all. Electricty kept on turning off and on several times per day and night, which made a disturbing noise. Parking is available, but parking spots are very narrow, if you have a bigger car you will have a problem with finding a spot. For the price we paid (around 130 euros per night 2 people standard studio no breakfast) it is disturbing that cleanliness was an issue. The floors were not cleaned properly, you could see crumbles and they were sticky. There was heavy dust on the bed lamps, cobwebs in the bathroom and stains on the fridge. In the previous day before departure they did not even enter to take out the garbage or make the bed. I would have expected from a place called Royalty Suites.
