Rechargeable globes in the bedside lamps for loadshedding would be great.

I was happy with everything and would recommend the facility to others. The close proximity to the Canal walk Mall makes the stay even more exciting.

For some reason i thought housekeeping would come at some point to change the towels and clean the room but i never saw them even though it was said towels will be changed after 2 days. But it was not a deal breaker.

Poor housekeeping, the cleaners didn't sweep, there's was still hair, the bedding also had hair. They left dirty towels even when they came to clean. This was raised with Maddy Brown but she said the housekeeping is minimal. The curtain rails looked like they will fall as the curtain rod looks like it was broken and joined by another still. The were dirty windows hidden by these curtains. The bed was extremely hard. The bedding was not changed for the 7nights that we stayed there.

The hotel apartment is very secure, easy to acess and near the Century mall

1.Both Aircons in the main bedroom and launge not working, no housekeeping during weekends and public holidays, no spare towels and no spare tissue. 2. No outside waste bin to offload the small waste bin inside the apartment. 3. No standby genset therefore black out during scheduled power load shedding.

The place is so peaceful and beautiful. It revive the spirit. You get everything you want swimming pool, jacuzzi, the sona.

The stay on citystay was supper good the staff were friendly the view was great. Just an advice please make sure you have emergency lights inside the room when there is load shading.
