All staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was busy but everyone was lovely and there were many more perks that I didn't expect, such as toiletries to use, many fun areas, planned nights out with wristbands that made entry free and happy hour consistent, and a free dinner!!! I never thought I'd have such a good time. Would definitely stay again when travelling to London!
Having female sanitary products available in the bathroom would've been nice for a surprise start to a period. However, not essential. Honestly, just wish I had more time!

Close to the tube, curtains and power outlets in beds, fun and friendly team (especially Marit 🇳🇱)

The shower is awful, you have to press every 13 seconds to have water, its insane. You are paying for this as well.
Besides that, close the kitchen and open only at 8am is another very bad thing. Who works in the morning can’t get the breakfast or lunch to eat. I’ve never seen this before! No access to your food! If the problem is cooking too early, then the kitchen should be open to give us access to our food, at least.
