Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort

Everything was superb. The spa center is mindblowing, the beach is excellent, the food is exceptional. Would come back

I had an accident on my way to the gym. I slipped on a wet floor that had just been mopped. Fortunately, I was lucky to get away with only a few bruises. I immediately raised my concerns with the staff and questioned why the floor was being mopped while the gym was open and patrons were expected to be walking through the area, rather than carrying out the cleaning before opening or at a time when there was less risk to members. I was fortunate not to sustain a serious injury, but the consequences could have been much worse — for example, a broken bone or other significant injury. Had that occurred, I would have considered taking legal action. I do not believe the incident was handled appropriately, particularly given the potential safety risk. I would like the hotel to explain what procedures are in place for wet-floor cleaning during operating hours and what measures will be taken to prevent a similar incident from happening again.

Beautiful property with multiple pools and bars. The beach has a large number of umbrellas and sun beds and there’s water sports available. Our room around the pool was large and clean, and there was a wonderful buffet and buffet dinner on offer with lots of options. Staff were very accommodating and very friendly.

We had a night where our card reader played up (alarming) during the night due to a power outage after lots of lightening during a storm. It unfortunately took 4.5 hours to move us to a different room during the night until our reader was fixed. This was upsetting at the time due to lack of sleep…. however the staff tried to help us the next day and offered us a room change with benefits which we decided not to take up. This instance was beyond the staffs control but a 4.5 hour wait to change room was a lot longer than what we would have liked.

Hotel facilities, friendly and competent staff and service. Nice food with greek recipes and international cuisine. Very nice seafood recipes.

- Location is not so great, but people going to such hotel stay inside almost all the time. - Spa swimming pool could have been included in the price or at least some free access.

Die Sauberkeit. Die pools.

Der strand war mit zu vielen steinen.
