My wife and I spent four nights at Winkler Suites and could not have chosen a better base for our time in Rome. The location in Prati was fantastic. It felt much more local than some of the busier tourist areas, with plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and food options nearby. It was also ideally situated for visiting the Vatican and exploring the city. The suite itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Kim was incredibly attentive from the moment we arrived. She provided fantastic recommendations for restaurants and local spots that helped us experience a more authentic side of Rome. Communication was excellent throughout, and she ensured we had easy access to the building, accommodated our needs with great flexibility, and even offered to store our luggage on our final day so we could make the most of our remaining time in the city. A special thank you to Kim and, through her, to Luigi as well. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests made a real difference to our experience. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Winkler Suites to anyone visiting Rome.

Nothing at all. Our stay exceeded expectations.

The location

Everyhting was perfect

Extremely helpful hostess and staff!! Very clean, easy to access and very well located. Excellent local restaurants off the tourist path!

My only observation is that the water pressure from the top shower was very low. However, the handheld shower worked well.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Our host was very welcoming and friendly, provided us with lots of helpful information, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We have a welcome drink and sweets . We truly felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!

We loved to have our own mini refrigerator. There were provided in the comun area
