Jena and Thuan were extremely helpful, when my partner lost his wallet they were very kind and messaged the Grab driver for us

The staff were very friendly! From the gentleman opening the door, to the reception, breakfast and pool staff.Good location, and very good value for money! The hotel went out of their way to provide us with flowers for our anniversary ❤️

The colonial look about the reception and dining area was lovely and the room had a nice view and was clean and well presented. We also appreciated the gift of flowers and a pen which were in the room on arrival
The bar and pool area was a little bit tired and the music played on one of the nights we tried to go was way too loud. The food at the hotel was only average and I think they need to promote the dining room a bit more
