The staff are amazing! The hotel so clean and comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The reception staff doesn’t have service mind. They’re quite not polite, I don’t know if it’s because my friends and I are foreigners.
And the staff who works in front of the hotel, he helped us to carry our baggage into a car. We’d already given him a tip at first, since the uber driver parked. (We paid him before the service because we thought that when all baggages are in the car so we can suddenly go.) Anyway, when he’d finished putting the baggages into the car he still asked us for more tip, even we’d already given him before. We told them that we already paid him but he still wanted more.

On Aug 13 2022 security behaviour. He told me go to smoke outside from hotel area. Cz of his MD (CEO) car stand there. And on the same day we couldn’t sleeping for their irritating wine programme

Had to cut short our trip because of urgency but hotel did do the refund appriciate that from the staff.
Location was ok not that far from park street and other places of interest
Food is. Veg but good for taste buds not too oily
The decoration for xmas was really good.
Reason for 8 star is coz we spend only one day may be next time hopefully it will be 9 or above.
