النظافة سيئة توجد حشرات في الغرف لايوجد مناشف في دورات المياة رائحة سيئة جدا موجودة في الممر بيننا وبين الشقة الثانية

الموقع كل شي حولك الموظفين ممتازبن الشقه واسعه التكيف ممتاز

سكن الشباب مع العوائل عدم وجود مستلزمات الشاي والكافي النظافه غير جيده في المفارش والمناشف يوجد بقع

بركه السياحه وغرف النوم

المطبخ والجلسة الخارجيه سوفا

صراحة شقق كبيرة ونظيفة وموظفين الاستقبال تعاملهم ممتاز 👌🏼

دورات المياة فيها ريش طيور تحتاج تنظيف الديكور

Spacious rooms, location

Facilities, stain on bed sheets

The apartment was very spacious, each room has its own bathroom. the location was very near to supermarkets and a variety of restaurants. Kitchen had good supply of aminities. Water pressure was great. No noise or music sound ( we stayed on the 10th floor) Great value for money indeed.

The parking area is tight and it takes sometime to park. The sofa in the living area had some dry spills on it. A room door had no handle and can only be closed by key. We had an issue where we lost power in all of the power sockets, when we reported it someone came and said they will send the maintenance but the guy never showed up, I invistegated and found the issue in on of the switches, I isolated it and got the power working.

Near to restaurants. Spacious apartment.

The room wasn’t ready upon arrival despite my request. No towels unless I requested. No enough pillows. Dirty floors. No rugs nor carpets. Cockroaches in the toilet. Very limited TV channels. Corrosion in the electric kettle. During the check in, I heard many guests calling and complaining about late/ignorant responses about their requests and unfortunately I experienced the same. There is no cleaning during my stay nor cleaning tools (Vacuum cleaner, mop, brush and etc.). I choose this hotel particularly because it’s a family hotel but unfortunately I still see unpleasant sceneries.
