The property was fully equipped, you could find everything that you could need during your stay.
The main problem was wooden windows as it had zero sound proofing - there were a lot of unpleasant people driving through the narrow streets with their loud motorcycles until 2-3am, you could hear everything that was happening in the street, ear plugs were needed, but not always helpful. Also, the conditioner in the bedroom blew air with musty smell, but it’s manageable as long as you turn on only the one in the living room. Overall location is not the best for a long stay, the streets were dirty with rats running around, but it’s not property’s responsibility.

"Great location in the city center within 5 minutes walk to bus station, harbor, supermarket, several bars and restaurants. Comfortable apartment in a clean, well-maintained building. Safe neighborhood..."
