Marco Polo Party Hostel

1. Fantastic location. 2 mins walk to Paceville, the party capital of Malta. Also, very close to the Balluta Bay, Exiles Bay etc. 2. Airport bus drops at the door of the hostel. 3. There are parties on the rooftop every night. Lots of people from outside the hostel visit here. So, a great place to socialize. You don't even have to go to some overpriced nightclub and blow your money on entry fees. They play good music too. 4. Very handy kitchen to cook something quick. 5. Even with bunk beds, I had enough privacy. Easy to sleep. There was a washbasin in the room too. Overall recommend. It's a party hostel at the end of the day. Good place to socialize if travelling solo.

Ambient, the hand painted art on all walls really brings everything together, the rooftop is an amazing hangout place.

The location in the centre and walking distance from of what I call the city center party hub. Each bed bunk had a large locker closed with the key from the 20euros deposit refunded at the end of the stay. The locker was large enough to fit my medium sized checked in luggage and travel bag. Plugs and light in bed bunk. I didn’t sleep so can’t say much about the bed comfort. It’s a party active hostel so has lots of activities to offer and a rooftop. I didn’t get to see nor partake in because I stayed just one night and was out. I checked out around 2-3am to catch my flight and appreciate it was possible because there’s seems to always be someone at the reception. Thanks to the receptionist who carried my heavy luggage to my room because the lift was broken. It’s appreciated. Positives words painted on the walls.

It served my short term needs but wouldn’t recommend if you want a calm trip to fully rest and sleep. There are lots of beds per room so if full could feel crowded if you’re not used to such. I didn’t mind since my stay was short.

Gute Lage und niedriger Preis

Die Einrichtung ist schon alt und es war sehr abgenutzt. Es gab nur gemeinschaftstoiletten für Männer und Frauen zusammen auf meiner Etage. Welches mich überrascht hat. Personal war gemischt, paar sehr motivierte Leute und einige Leute die keine Lust hatten da zu sein oder Fragen zu beantworten.
