staff were great. apartment was well located and had everything we needed. supermarket right next door.

the swimming pool/sauna area didn’t provide towels. needed to bring own from apartment. only a slight inconvenience but something that would improve service

- central location - excellent pool facilities - all needed equippment for cooking - kind staff especially on last day letting attend spa facilities after check out

Byzantine rules that unnecessarily complicate the stay: - facilities are shared by 2 operators (P&V, Maeva), in same building each have different facilities (for ex no wifi for Maeva guests :() - very crammed space for 6 guests, which could have been simplified by less bulky furniture - one of bedrooms without windows, which seems to be nowhere mentioned - room not prepared for arrival of booked nr of guests (2 spa gowns for 4 adults) - very long check in process

Confused checking in - very difficult. No Wifi and no cable TV

Location is great. Skating rink and shop are next to the hotel. Village center with restaurants, animation and cinema is also couple minutes away. Spa area is fantastic. Special thanks for massage services. My wife and I took several sessions.

It's very and cosy lobby area with fireplace and kids corners, but it's closed before 8am and after 9pm. I am early bird and couldn't benefit of it

Comfy beds, very friendly staff, cental location.

You have to go outside from your apartment to access the swimming pool and spa facilities.
