it could do with a refurb. I booked a room with breakfast included but was told I have to pay for breakfast.

Clean spacious rooms. Close proximity to town centre. Bar open. free wifi. friendly staff

Rooms were not close together although this had been requested prior. Breakfast was very pricey at an additional $25usd per person.

This is a convenient stop. Breakfast was good. Good to have a mosquito net (but they could do with washing)

Check in experience was not that great as the Manager, seemed quite aloof and was awkward about a soiled but not tattered note I gave her which did not make for a good start. Her approach was cold as well (the junior staff were fine)

Firstly, booking.com messed up my order. Secondly, the staff has no skills in customer service. They attend you but do not communicate what is happenning at checking. They do not tell you that you will not have electricity from about 7:45 am. The rooms claim to have hairdrying but that is a lie. When they bring it, it has EU connection which you cannot plug anywhere. They also lie about having fitness facilities. You have to travel miles to make use of it but it is not free. The hotel is full of lies on their advertisements and they withold information to frustrate you on your holiday. And this is not all...
