it was loud at times at night but the property owner supplied us with ear plugs which we appreciated

Lovely location and close to centre of Venice. Great wine bar opposite and excellent breakfast. Sylivia is a great host.
The room is a little noisy in the evenings but adds to the ambiance

Great location, central and close to vaporetti stops Ospedale and Fondamenta B & C. Also quite close to Venice's main sighs to visit. We loved the quiet location. All staff was very helpful and eager to assist. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious.
I totally recommend for the price value, quality and central location.
The reason for my score is the steps to climb with a heavy suitcase, the small size of our room with no support for a second suitcase, no desk, and had to wait for the water to get hot in our shower, and for the toilet to refill. You may be able to ask for a 1st floor larger room.(Entrance steps still need to be climbed) Can get a little noisy at bar across the street during late evening open hours.
