Fantastic apartment with plenty of space! The one-bedroom, one-living room, and one-bathroom layout is clear and practical. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, and having an elevator in the building is a huge plus. The bedroom was comfortable, and the operable skylight added a lovely touch of fresh air and light.

The water pressure was a bit weak, but it was acceptable.

The rooms were clean, tidy and lots of room to store our items. The location was great as well.

The location and having on-site parking was great.

Everything functionally was there but some decoration would make it feel more homely. There were AC problems which didn’t affect us. It would be great to provide a way to open the skylights/blinds.

The location, and the fact that it had a secure and dedicated parking( with extra pay)

We had some issues. I think it can be summarized: The accommodation support staff cannot be someone to do a job from 8:00 to 17:00 because people have needs even outside that time window. We remained without power and no one was responding. We called and wrote to them. After 30-45 minutes we found ourselves the power meter outside in the yard, and switched it on. It went off because we used the oven and the stovetop at the same time. The staff responded the next day after we re-wrote to them to informa for checking out. Before all this, AC was also not working. The staff had no idea if we had AC or what kind it was and how it functions. A person was sent and switched ON the AC manually in one room only. The other issue was that the garage key was missing in our group of keys. We had to go and pick it up in the management office. So all of these things that take hours of our time in a one night stay does not really describe a good accommodation of ours.
