We received products in the fridge and made breakfast ourselves. it was standard breakfast set, and I should say a rich one (fruits, dessert, eggs, meet, bread, milk, coffee and ect) . Everything you usually eat at home. Apartment is big, it has even chimney, full equipped kitchen. Place - fantastic, - just in a city center, close to bars, museums, shopping center. Building has historical elevator (it was so fun to use it, felt like in an old movie). Our family was very happy

it's a little bit confusing parking system, - you need to take parking permission from apprtment, bring it to your car, and the same story, when you check out. But you get free parking :)

Great location, comfortable beds, and atmospheric apartment. Very convenient as a reference point for all of the Old Town. Apartment was well-furnished and we enjoyed having a bathtub for kids. Helpful guidebook materials.

Needed more instructions on how to use some things like the washer and disposal of trash. Sink in kitchen backed up.

No balcony or terrace

The apartment is very spacious and has all amenities. Check in was easy with a door code and key in a lock box. We arrived a bit early, but it was OK to drop our luggage first. The location is also extremely nice, unless you plan on living in St Peters church you can not really get any more central in Riga old town. And having a private parking spot only 300 meter away is also a very big plus. But do ask for it at time of booking.

The apartments biggest plus (it's central location) is also it's biggest minus. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around and it was very noisy outside throughout the night. Especially in summer when people are outside and when the windows were open due to the heat. A couple of fans in the rooms might have helped also to cool things down a bit. Personally we didn't mind too much as we sleep well even when there's noise outside, but if you're sensitive to that, it is best to be aware before you go, especially in summer

The actual apartment is great. Very clean. Superbly located for the old town, cafes, restaurants and all the main sights. We'll appointed kitchen. Plenty of room throughout. Little breakfast bar as well as dining table. Very secure. Great instructions from owners. Parking very good.

2nd night (Monday) got no sleep. VERY loud music from bars in the street below until 11pm (11.45pm on the Sunday night before). Then loud people in bars until 2am. Then drunk people shouting in street after that until 3am. Then It rained and the building's gutters must be broken as there was really loud dripping and running water on to the window-sill outside all night, - right next to where bed is inside. (Very loud despite double-glazing). So this was not good at all! So bring ear-plugs incase it rains and if you want to go to sleep before 2am. All this of course NOT the apartment owner's fault, and otherwise the apartment was fantastic - apart from the pillows were flat, which didn't help with sleep issues!

The location is perfect in the middle of the Old Town. There was space enough for 4 ladies in the apartment. The dining area is lovely, a nice place to have breakfasts and dinners. The combined living room / bedroom has nice sofas and a coffee table around which you can spend the evening discussing and maybe playing cards or other games. The kitchen is spacious and rather well equipped for breakfast making and dinner cooking (gourmet cooking is so nice in Riga as you can buy lovely groceries from the Grand Market!) The bathroom is spacious and clean.

The nightclubs around are open almost till dawn, so if you are a light sleeper you should have ear plugs.

Awesome location, very reasonable price, extremely large living area and bedrooms, very good amenities. would definitely stay here again if I return to Riga!

To make this great place perfect, the two big things I saw were to add some kind of divider between the living room section and the bed; doesn’t even need to be anything fancy, but a separation, a room divider that’s even moveable would be a great plus. The second thing is draperies in the separate bedroom that provides some shade in the morning from the light so you can sleep!

The flat was huge, plenty of space for a family to spread out. It was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was great. Much is nearby; historic buildings, restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops, etc. Also, the lift to the flat on the 5th floor was a plus. We also enjoyed having self check in option. The owner sent detailed instructions prior to arrival.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flat. The only negative was the parking. The parking area is approximately a 4 minute walk from the flat and was a little tricky to find. However, it is free with stay.

You have to pay for the coffee 60 cents. The bed in the big room was really uncomfortable, it should be changed. I had to sleep in the couch.

Very central and spacious. Good value for money. Very clean.

It seems the walls are very thin so one has to be very quiet at night not to annoy the neighbours. We played cards until late and apparently they could hear everything we were saying.

Lots of furniture and rooms elements were in a very used conditions, I am understanding that it is not the responsible person fault but the lift and the main entrance was without lights all the time, so we needed to use the flash in mobiles to get inside the building, to the floor and inside the room it was not enough light too, only a few bulbs in every big room. Last day and night was rainy and unfortunately, it was not very pleasant when you go to bed and wake up from the fact that outside the window raindrops are strongly beating on the metal window sill, you had to put a lot of sponges under those places where the most drops dripped and of course, the fact that although the windows were plastic with a glass package, but if drops were heard so much, it is very likely that they need to be changed, since they completely lost their tightness

The location is excellent. Lift in the building. Fast wifi. Beds are good. We took offered transfer from and to the airport - it was very convenient and without any problems. Fantastic view from the window.

SO LOUD if windows are open from bars/restaurant down below at night. The shower doesn’t have a holder on wall. You have to hold it in hand while you shower.

Breakfast was delivered to apartment. It was really nice, so we didn't have to stick with breakfast times. We were able to rent another apartment for a short time so we could wait for our ferry to arrive in the docks. Everything went fine and apartment was really nice for a big family. Thanks!
