Location, beach views

Hosts were clear that $300 additional charge would be on my credit card and refunded on departure, but 4 days later, this charge still hasn't been reversed.

The view was amazing.

No protection from mosquitoes. No parking except street. Not value for money

TV didn't work for some reason.

While we were sleeping we can hear the ocean waves and the bat was flying. Awesome. Lovely location.

Nothing apart from the location. The property manager was great. When I rang her to say we were unhappy she immediately offered a fantastic apartment in Agnes waters for a small amount extra. She said some people love it and others don’t. Not us!

Shack is an accurate description, it has no wall linings, no ceilings, poor curtaining, evidence of pest problem. Bathroom looked adequate and it had good TV and washing machine. Very close to beach but no real views and a very noisy road. But we couldn’t contemplate staying and moved to better property.

Loved the deck overlooking the bay!

It wasn’t a problem at the time of year we stayed but I wouldn’t stay here in summer because the ceiling isn’t lined, direct tin roof, so could be very hot.

Electrical cords hanging in the living area The house smelt old and dirty and was very dirty in places The shower curtain had mould growing on it and the curtains in bathroom had mould growth too. The place was full of cockroaches and the micorwave full of moths No TV reception No off street parking for the car The steps up to the house were broken and steep and very very old and unsafe to walk on The rubbish bins were filthy and had not been cleaned in a very long time The cost of the accommodation was rather expensive for what was offered - we did outline our concerns to the property owners and they refunded us $50.00. Overall very disappointed with our accommodation.

Everything else..

No signal for the TV . Blind needed for the front verandah and a door on the bunk bed room wouldn't go a miss. Otherwise filed with charm..
