We loved the quiet and cosiness of having our own place with sea view and the pool. The garden is very nice for relaxation, living room sofa is so comfortable :-) It's a great place for a meditative stay outside of big city, very conveniently located right next to the airport (the planes do not disturb you at all). We've got a surprise basket with fruit (very thoughtful)

The "beach" right in front of the villa is not very good for swimming. There's a lot of sea grass and it's hard to get into water. But if you manage to get there, the water's actually quite nice.

We rented 2 villas between 15 of us and the location in terms proximity to the sea and being away from the crowd was great. The views were amazing, perfect spot for sunsets. Maria was brilliant and was always available to help with anything, nothing was ever too much. She even helped me to perfect a greek salad recipe one day. Really close to the airport but did not see or hear any planes. The pool was a great size and the villas are spread out nicely and the aircon in the bedrooms worked well.

One villa had slightly better kitchen facilities than that other, the fridge freezer and dishwasher stopped working, but were fixed straight away The showers on the ground floor are open leaving no privacy, a simple shower curtain will provide some privacy Because of the location you will need need a car /bike or book taxis if you want to venture away from the villa, there is nothing within a short walking distance. I advise that you get a number of a taxi firm, a single taxi journey is minimum 25 euros to Lassi or Argostoli.

Perfect location, nice staff, great view. Very quiet so one of the best places to relax.

It is a bit far from restaurants and stores if you don't have a car.

Maria, the property manager, met us upon our arrival. She was friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful.

The ONLY thing we could say that was slightly negative, is that our family found the beds to be very hard. This might be something other people like! Everything else about the facility was wonderful.

location, lovely villa

needs bit of an update.

It was very easy to arrange to meet up with the property manger to get the keys. We did get lost a bit but they were happy to wait for us and assist us to ensure that we got to the property fine. The property manager was very friendly and explained the main things about the apartment. The Pool was maintained everyday which was great. I liked how they gave two sets of towel one for the pool and one for the showers and the cleaners also came to change our towels. The fan in the living room broke and they were quick to fix/resolve the issue, we had to leave at the time they were trying to fix this but when we got back it was working again which was great. Also liked how they had mosquito plugs in every room. All the staff was very accommodating and we didn't have the car rental on the last two days and they helped us a lot by getting us cabs. On our last day there were 4 cruises that came in so all cab services were busy but they really tried their best to get us a cab for our flight which was amazing of them.

The living room didn't have an air conditioning, so the room was always warm/hot. I do advice people to close the blue shutters in the day time when you go out so the sun doesn't heat up the room when you are out and when you open the front door a wave of heat just hits you. The two showers downstairs are open showers so anyone walking by can see you showering, whenever one of us wanted to shower we'd let everyone know or have music on our phones to indicate someones showering. As the location is a bit far off and the roads are quite dusty, some cab drivers were reluctant to drop us off or they would try to charge us more because of it. I do recommend booking a rental car as I only saw 2 buses during my stay at the property.

Beautiful villa in amazing location. Very clean and well serviced. Owner and housekeeping staff were very helpful. Beautiful pool. Very peaceful and within walking distance of lovely beaches. Car needed to get to restaurants and mini markets but all within 5 mins drive. Well located for the airport - 5 mins drive away. Overall a fantastic place to stay in Kefalonia.
