الزامي بدفع مقدم مع ان الموقع يقول الدفع عند الوصول

جميل جداً ومريح

كان السكن فيه رئحة وتم طلب تغيير الغرف ولم يتم التجاوب ولاكن الفندق بشكل عام جميل ومريح ومكان هادئ

The staff was polite and tried to help as much as they could. The sheets were clean and the beds were okay.

Boudl Al Munsiyah looks like a proper hotel but the premises are outdated and despite a flamboyant lobby, the rooms are in poor conditions: no water at certain hours, no hot water most of the time, no room service unless you ask for it, tons of people at reception but no one to pick up the phone ... Prior to booking we called up the hotel to ask if the apartments had an oven - first they said yes, then after further questioning, they switched to no, they thought we were talking about the micro-wave. They said we could use the oven of the restaurant - which we found weird. Upon arrival, the manager of the restaurant told us we could not use it, which we expected, but put us in very difficult situation as we were here for a tradeshow.

الموقع طبعا بعيد عن وسط الرياض لكن تم اختياره بسبب حضور حفل زفاف قريب من الفندق والحقيقه المكان نظيف ومزدحم جدا والخدمات بعضها قريبه منك واذا كان معك سياره الامور تمام وجنبه كم كوفي على الاقدام من ضمنهم ستار بكس

مكان ممتاز جدا جدا .. والاستقبال ممتاز .. وأخص نوبة الليل .. وكذلك الأخ يوسف من الاستقبال ..
