Great location that allows to walk through the old town when going to the beach. The building is fenced and it is easy and safe to leave your bikes. If you are traveling with 2 cars there is a free parking lot nearby.
Great view from the window and the balcony.
We were surprised with the lack of air-conditioning. In this climate zone, air-conditioning is a must. During the day it was much better due to the wind, but at night when there was no wind our children had problems with sleep due to the heat.
The apartment also lacked a washing machine.

The property is in an excellent location, there is a small supermarket next door and your are literally a stones throw from the old town. We stay in Riva regularly and it was nice to have a little more space than the usual small hotel rooms. Have a parking space was also very useful.
The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The Wifi was a bit hit and miss on occasion but when you're staying somewhere so beautiful, it's better to be outside anyway. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located in a great spot, very close to the beach, restaurants, and has a beautiful view of the mountains.
It was somewhat difficult to turn some of the lights on. The TV came on very suddenly in the middle of the night which woke everyone up - not sure why that happened. Everything else was great.

Nice location, near the city beach and shops. No noise at night, beautiful view at daylight :) Would definitely book again.

Good lokality closed to the center, that was perfect.
No A/C , extremely hot inside. No iron, bad ventilation in the bathroom. It was seen that the care is taken by the agency. No personal interest.

Lovely location in the city centre. Close to the lake and also close to the great restaurant. Easy parking. Nice stay here.

The location was just perfect, 5 minutes walking to the heart of the city and the lake itself. Nice view from the balcony, very nicely furnished and comfortable even for 5 people. Kitchen nicely equipped with all you need for basic cooking, towels and bedsheets were clean and soft. Very good quality for great price! In addition, a supermarket next door in case you forget to buy eggs for breakfast. And a lovely bistro just around the corner, where they serve wine, pastry, and evening snacks. It was called Panem I guess. So the apartment was perfectly located!
