Location, location, location! - near enough to the shopping and train station but far enough that it does not have that many tourists crowding/walking around. Close enough to Namba stations as well. Good places to eat near by both Japanese and a Western style burger joint. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front as well as a 7-11 about 250 meters away. Staff were professional and had good knowledge of the area to offer suggestions and directions. They could understand English quite well. No language barrier issues.

Room - small but adequate. Will be a bit difficult to open checked-in luggage (20's and 28s' sized or larger) unless you open them up on your bed. The comfort room has a step up entrance that can be a little difficult for seniors, persons with disabilities or toddlers. getting into the small bath tub might also be a bit of a challenge. Toilet is small for plus sized people Pillows could be better.

Breakfast could use some improvement

Very neat and clean. Location is perfect for those who love to eat and shop. It is near the train station as well. Breakfast buffet is reasonable too!

Very good location , few mins from the namba train station with direct access to the airport; Lots of food choices and shops

The bed abd pillows are not that comfortable ; probably need to renew indeed

Маленький уютный номер на 14 этаже. Было очень чисто + прекрасный вид из окна. В 5 минутах станция метро, удобно было поехать в аэропорт KIX Осаки. В номере был фен, зубные щетки, классные удобные расчески)

Интернет был не очень быстрый.

APA hotels are solid. Decent bed, decent bathroom, clean, comfortable, good location and accommodating staff. This was no exception.

I really didn't like the big hole in the middle of the corridors. It was a bit scary, especially travelling with a young child and staying on a high floor. I like APA hotels but I probably won't stay here again because of that. Everything else was good.
