The family is warming and welcoming, always ready to support you if needed (pick up/drop off - tour guide etc.) The food is delicious and all facilities are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended, even more if you are planning to go to Taj Mahal since it’s only 10 minutes by walk from the east gate.

A wonderful small, family-run hotel in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Taj Mahal. The hosts are exceptionally warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Breakfast is delicious and homemade, as are the excellent home-cooked lunches and dinners, which were even offered when I arrived late. The family was also incredibly helpful in organizing my day trips. A truly lovely and personal experience. Highly recommended!
Nothing negative comes to my mind

This was was a lovely spot to stay for a couple nights while in Agra. The location is great (it is within walking distance of the Taj Mahal, many restaurants, etc., but it is tucked away from the main road in a peaceful area). The room was comfortable and well equipped. The family who runs it is very nice, and the breakfast was good!
The front door is locked with a key at night, and the key is hidden away. There is supposed to be a watchman available to let you out if you want to leave early - but when I tried to leave at about 5am to get in the Taj Mahal line nobody was there. It was only after I banged on the door for about 10 minutes that someone who was sleeping down the hall woke up and came to let me out. This meant there were about 150 people in the line ahead of me when I arrived. More importantly, this made me nervous - because what if there is a fire or something and the guests cannot escape?

The family who run the place are very helpful and kind. It is an economic choice. Good breakfast.
Kind of a dumpy place. You get what you pay for, but there are other small charming and cheap places in the same area.
