Location was excellent. Nice and peaceful. Gardens were lovely. Pool was clean.

The toilet was clogged upon arrival with bad sewer smell in unit. The common area bathrooms were also clogged and closed. When using the other toilet or either shower, bad sewer gas smell filled the unit. The owner looked and could not repair. He offered to have plumbers come the following day but since it was our last day there, it did not present as reasonable to have the small unit with more people entering and trying to repair plumbing issues forcing us to go somewhere while they were there. We chose to ride out the issues and depart. We then noticed two addition vacant units that were not offered to us while plumbing issues were addressed. It was check out when we discovered the vacant units.

We were not Offered a different unit due to plumbing problems that were not resolved.

The apartment was stunning!! It was extremely clean, I've never seen such attention to detail, I am a clean freak so it really made me happy. The facilities were top of the range including the air con system and lighting, loved the washer as it was she same as mine but the drier was excellent, I'm going to buy the same model, first holiday I came home to without having to do washing!! Loved the space in the apartment, bathrooms are huge. loved the entertainment package, so much to watch. Really good, free WiFi too. The lighting in the apartment is extremely good, you have nothing but patio doors all at the front, unsure why people are being negative, it's bright, light and white!! Each bedroom has a window which looks into the open plan kitchen and lounge area, which allows sufficient light in. I personally hate windows in a bathroom due to being naked when bathing, so I didn't mind. Later in the afternoon around 4/5pm, the sun is behind the apartment, which we appreciated, due to hot weather all day, shining in the apartment. The pool is huge! We went in the height of summer and plenty of sun loungers for all. The pool and gardens were maintained daily, unsure why others said its unkept, I'm an early riser so saw this done early every morning, 7 days a week. Everything is washed down too, the loungers, the lawns and the pathways. It was actually a nice change to sunbathe whilst surrounded by grassed areas, plants and trees. The apartment comes with their own pool towels too. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach too, next to the fabulous cappuccino bar, who also have their own beach with service, even though you have to pay €25 per sun bed, this includes beach towels and cold water and great service from the waiters. Supermarket is a 5 min walk and taxis about 3 min walk, pharmacy just round the corner.

We had the most amazing stay at Vivaldi Suites. Jack arranged an early check in for us and we had a bottle of wine and water waiting for our arrival. The property is amazing and has all the facilities you could ever need. Location is great, so central. Jack was at the end of the phone if we ever had any queries. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay. We will definitely be visiting again. If your thinking of staying here you will have a wonderful time.
