Very very central location Very clean Owner was very caring and calling to check whether everything is ok Mind that this is not a hotel but like a huge apartment in a normal house with several rooms rented out.

It was not easy to find and access There is no reception after 6pm and it can be very loud as there is no soundproofing of the rooms. You could even see the light coming through the door frame. It felt weird as this is not a „boutique hotel“ but just a big flat with several rooms. Of course there is no breakfast area but you have a myriad of cafes nearby. Parking is difficult and expensive

The location in Nice was amazing! Easy access to/from Nice Ville SCNF Station on Line 1 of the tram as well as to/from the airport on Line 2. Our host was so nice and welcoming!

The location of this property cant be directly reached by a taxi but it is very very close to a taxi pickup and drop off location. The instructions to get to the hotel were excellent with an easy to follow picture. The member staff at the hotel was excellent, very friendly, very helpful and was very informative about the are. The location of the hotel is great, right by all the bars and restaurants but the rooms are far enough away where you don't hear any noise. The room we were given (as we booked last minute) was a little small but was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. The other rooms seemed a lot more spacious but it wasn't an issue for us as it was so nice.

The lift is a little small but that was the only issue. The hotel, staff and room were all excellent.

We sometimes heard people from the next room due to the thin walls but nothing major really. Would still recommend it.
