What a deal! This place was perfect for us! We loved the quiet street and the gate to keep the little ones from the street. We loved the spacious interior with lots of seating options. We loved the covered balcony upstairs where we could sit outside even during tropical downpours. We loved the flexible, personable host. We loved the helpful neighbors (who jump started our rental car twice!) I loved the firm mattresses that don't move at all when your partner gets up, resulting in a great night's sleep! The kitchen has the essentials and having a washing machine was great! The wifi was sufficient for our needs.

Note that the AC runs from the electricity from the street so if that goes out, there's no AC. Of 14 nights, we didn't have AC for parts of 2 nights. In the downstairs apartment, it was still cool enough. The upstairs 3 bedroom got very hot.

The home was beautiful, spacious and super comfortable. Location was ideal as it was quiet but close enough (5-10 mins away on foot) to restaurants and local attractions (Gri-Gri Lagoon, etc.). Wish I had stayed longer!

The amenities can be better like a coffee maker ..more cooking pans .. I never got the apartment I booked with private bathroom.. it was nothing compared to the pictures didn’t have a balcony... talk to the owner about the issue her answer was that the apartment I booked it was rented 30 day ago prior to my arrival...
