Mathieu est au top, présent si besoin. Localisation parfaite car au centre et à proximité de tout (réseau de transport, Mayol, Port..). Le studio est équipé (de tout ce qu'il faut), parfaitement aménagé, il est par ailleurs très propre. C'est important d'être bien quand on loue et là c'est le cas, Merci.

Le confort de l´appartement et son emplacement pratique (boulengerie juste en face, magasins a proximité, port a proximité, au milieu du marché, proche de la gare de Toulon permettant de venir a pied sans probleme).

Bonjour, nous avons effectué un séjour en janvier 2024, l'emplacement est top, au centre ville avec accès à tous les commerces, théâtre, cinéma et à quelques dizaines de métres du port, ce qui nous a permis de prendre le bateau pour visiter la rade et prendre la navette pour St Mandrier. L'appartement est moderne, très bien aménagé, de bons équipements, avec un excellent confort phonique et le lit impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

The location is exceptional, overlooking one of the main streets, where there is a market everyday. Opening the windows and shutters in the morning and looking and hearing the hubbub of the market and cafes below, whilst enjoying a coffee of your own was wonderful. The apartment is roomy and very well equipped, right down to a selection of maps and 'what to do' information. The communication from the hosts Matthieu and Fanny is outstanding, with nothing left to chance, even messages advising of the bus number and times from the airport, and where to get off. It is a very short walk to all the bars and restaurants, and the waterfront is less than half a mile away. The train station is also only a short walk away. If I travel to Toulon again, and I very much intend to as it's a beautiful city, then this is the first place I will try and book.

There was nothing not to like, and nothing that could be improved upon.

Great location, with outdoor markets, cafes, and food close at hand. The 2nd floor flat was clean and well appointed. It had a good fridge and washing machine, and generally good kitchen set up. Bathroom generally well presented, with plenty of hot water.

There was quite a bit of street noise during the day and in the pre-dawn hours (street cleaning and bin emptying). The double-glazed French Doors provided good sound insulation, but when they were closed the flat was stuffy. A portable fan helped move air, but was a bit noisy at night. There was no air-con to moderate conditions. The bathroom not well vented. I expected the requested bond to be handled through Bookings.com, however the request was to pay into a private account. I was not comfortable with that. The host and I were able to resolve this matter.

Fabulous location with everything you'd need! I credibly comfortable bed! The best place I've stayed at in a long time!

Excellent location near everything I wanted to do, and they were responsive to any needs I had.

Location was very centric in Toulon, close to main attractions, and paid parking very close to the apartment. The apartment is functional. Host is very responsive and attentive.

No elevator, too much noise from the market in the street and from noisy neighbors fighting in the middle of the night for two consecutive nights. The reservation was for three nights but we had to leave the last night due to the noise, however the host was understanding and accommodating to reimburse that last night.
