Hello,We had a wonderful time at this unit. All in all, we were pleased with this unit. Although, I would say the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our check-in. I bring attention to the cleaning done, because I’m comparing it to our prior stay at Adagio at another unit in Sept of 2020, but we had booked that one through VRBO site. Definitely was cleaned more throughly than this unit was. Some of the toilets base had urine around them, and the back patio had not been swept at all. Sand and grass were everywhere, and old cobwebs around the bases of the chairs and patio furnitire. We picked this unit for its location, and it was PERFECT! The parking never was an issue, and the pools were wonderful for our family; especially the grandkids. Would stay in this unit again, but might draw attention immediately to managers upon arrival if the cleanliness was again not up to par with the cost of this unit.

We've enjoyed staying at various units at Adagio on numerous occasions, largely drawn in by the allure of the beautiful Blue Mountain Beach area. However, our latest stay over July 4th was a bit of a letdown.The location remains unbeatable with its stunning views, and it's worth mentioning that this particular feature never fails to impress. Yet, despite the prime location, the interior of our recent unit left much to be desired. The decor felt dated, with worn-out furniture and old, dirty rugs that suggested a desperate need for refurbishment. Unlike other units we've enjoyed at Adagio, this one lacked the charming ambiance that would make it feel welcoming and homely.On the cleanliness front, we were disappointed as well. We discovered dirty sheets on two beds upon arrival, a detail that didn't escape us until it was time for bed. However, credit must be given where it's due - the Adagio staff swiftly addressed this issue, even though it was already 11 pm. Their responsiveness was much appreciated.Among the Adagio staff, we found a mixed bag of personalities. Susan was outstanding with her services - undoubtedly one of the best. However, Stephanie was less than accommodating. Her confrontational demeanor during our interactions proved quite unsettling.Despite this less-than-perfect experience, our love for the Blue Mountain Beach area and the general comfort Adagio provides mean that we will be returning. Yet, we hope that our next trip will be a better value for the money, and we hope Adagio takes note of our feedback for this unit.

This was our second trip to the 30 – a area, we actually had a different condo booked in Seagrove, which was the perfect distance from the fun busy downtown, Seaside, but at the last minute found this condo for almost $2000 less. Booking adagio was an excellent choice even though it wasn’t as private as the condo in Seagrove, the amenities more than made up for that. Despite being a little further from downtown Seaside, it was still an easy bike ride into town, and seaside is being more and more overrun with millions of teenagers on bikes, so it was nice to be able to visit for a few hours to shop, but not stay in that area... The condo had super tall ceilings, beautiful views, comfortable beds, and furniture, fully stocked kitchen and an incredible patio. The front desk and maintenance team were friendly and responsive, and the pools/ gym were clean. If you choose to rent here, make sure you try the blue maple restaurant across the street, and the blue Mountain bakery, and the cute little grocery store right next to it... All three are walking distance, and I wish I would’ve discovered them earlier in my stay.

Cleaning was not finished until 6:00 PM on the day we checked in so we could not get in the unit until that time. I feel this is unacceptable since we pay for that day then have to check out by 10:00 AM. Those two days are lost. Also, the price has increased $3,000 in the last few years. Other than that, it was a good stay. We have been going for years.

We love Adagio and staying in this unit right on the beach was wonderful! We had plenty of room for all our guests. The only thing I would complain about is the knobs on the gas stove seemed to possibly be pointed in the wrong direction and then the kitchen sink's faucet was very difficult to work. It is a touch free faucet, that took us a while to figure out. Overall, we love Adagio and it's amenities and will definitely be back.

I’ll start with we frequent the Adagio Condos every year in September. We stay a full week and our family has the best time. This year we upgraded to an ocean front, lawn, ground level condo. We were excited to have the lawn for the kids to run around on and play. On our third day the lawn was sprayed with chemicals and we were told to stay off the lawn for a few hours, then the lawn turned burned and crunchy as the grass died. And I was not about to let my child run around on the chemically sprayed area. (Regret 1)Our washer, an amenity we also pay for, never worked. We made several calls and it was never fixed. A maintenance staff did look at it, and we were told they would have to order a part. Again never fixed. For the 4K we paid could have bought several washers to replace the broken one, so not sure what the real issue was other than poor management of the issue. The staff did offer to take our laundry and launder it for us, but nobody wants someone else doing their laundry. All eight of us had to bring a week’s worth of laundry home to wash. (Regret 2)The dishwasher didn’t work, we ran it a couple times and the dishes came out dirty every time. We spent hours hand washing dishes during our stay, so we would have clean plates and cookware to eat off of and cook with. (Regret 3)Again, we love the Adagio, we stay every year and have never had any issues like this. I’m not sure why when we double the cost of staying for an upgraded condo that we would have any issues, but we did. I would appreciate someone to contact me to discuss these issues we encountered during our stay. The ball was dropped and it’s unfortunate on our behalf. I would recommend the Adagio to friends and have. Actually several of our friends and family now frequent there too. I can’t say I’d recommend paying an upgraded price due to the conditions we encountered.

Great rental property! We loved our time here. Beach front, updated condo, perfect bedding for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Maintenance was super quick to respond to a few tiny needs. 4/5 stars for cleanliness as the floors could use a deep cleaning. Would definitely return!

Just as a heads up, this condo has no “leftovers”. Remember to bring everything you need as far as kitchen condiments, kitchen cleaning items, bathroom soap, pool/beach floats and toys, etc.

C103 is such a great unit! It's updated with high quality finishes and decor. The couch and rug in the living room have been replaced since last year, which was necessary upgrade. So this year we honestly have no real complaints. We cooked all of our meals in and the kitchen is well stocked with all that we needed. Only thing that needs fixing is the sliding glass door seems to need some attention. It's extremely hard to open and close. We have noticed this in years past, but it was definitely worse this year. We noticed how bad ours was when we visited family in another unit and their door was much easier to close. The unit was clean, however I do think the cleaners could always do a better job there. Especially since checkin is pushed an hour later for extra cleaning/sanitizing. With that said, C103 is our fav unit and we'll def be back!

It was the perfect place on the area with the grass in front for our grandkids to play and easy access to stairs to the beach. We had a great experience in C103. Updated and very comfortable. The only suggestions I would have is one, replace the shag carpet in the living room with some kind of indoor/outdoor carpet...one that doesn't trap sand and dirt in it. And two, have the cleaning service move the sofa and clean underneath it. There were all kinds of wrappers, etc., underneath when we looked for stray toys. Three, make sure the guests know that the coffeemaker is a Bunn and that they will need specific filters for it. I had to google the directions as well. Maybe the owner could supply the condo with Bunn filters since most of the regular filters will not work well. Otherwise, overall great vacation in a wonderfully updated condo with fully stocked kitchen! We have already booked it for next summer!

This is our second year in a row to stay at this unit for Spring Break. We loved it again. Perfect decorations and comfortable. Love being on the ground floor for the easy walk to the beach. Our family vacation during fall break has been a tradition. After staying in other condos at the adagio, we wanted something waterfront and more spacious. This condo seriously spoiled us-GORGEOUS, clean, very spacious and excellent condition. The view was worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend!

Beautifully renovated. We've stayed at Adagio for a number of years and this condo was excellent. Wonderful views, great family friendly furniture! I had two small children with me (age 4 and 1) and this was idyllic. Can't beat the ground floor.

This is our 3rd time to stay at the Adagio. (Previously building A) We enjoyed our stay again. We like the units on the gulf side so we can hear the waves and have easy access to beach. The photos online are accurate - the unit is well decorated and comfortable. The Adagio property is clean and well maintained, and if you have a problem, they are quick to fix it. (They stopped kids from playing fowl music on the beach and some others from smoking on the balconies.) The beach is nice because it is private, but the Adagio is close enough to Seaside/Watercolor and Gulf Place that there is shopping and nightlife. We rode bicycles to both of those areas - renting from La Dolce Vita which is right by the entrance gate at Adagio. We will be back.

Such a wonderful condo!
We really enjoyed the location of blue mountain beach! Adagio is tucked away and really a gem. C103 unit is perfectly located on the ground floor where you can still enjoy ocean views but also walk out onto a grassy area that our kids enjoyed playing on. It was a few steps to the boardwalk and the heated pool, both extremely important to us with 3 young kids. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well taken care of. We really enjoyed it!

We have rented at Adagio in years past. Unit had been renovated 2 years ago. Well done. Visit was characterized by numerous visits from technicians to work on TVs, refrigerator, leak from unit above. Some of the TV problems were Medicom related, others to a very complicated set up that had to be repeatedly redone. In the end no TV in living room.
