everybody was very friendly, very clean rooms.we had everything that we need. we had every morning breakfast in the garden, were we enjoyed fresh air. everybody was very nice with our doggy also, and he enjoyed the stay as well.

We stayed here for only one night for an event in Bruneck. It was excellent value for money. Service was really friendly, rooms comfortable, breakfast selection very nice. Bus stop for Bruneck is a 1-minute walk from the hotel, and Gais village center about 3 mins away by foot. There's also hiking trails starting literally at the hotel (the short hike to Neuschloss is really nice if you don't have time for longer excursions).

The only minus is probably the lack of public (bus) traffic from Bruneck later in the evening (after 10 pm), but this is of course not up to the hotel.

Very nice hotel close to Brunico and to the cable car to Kronplatz. There is enough parking space in front of the hotel and there is also ski bus stop right across the street. The rooms are very comfortable, staff is friendly and the breakfast is really amazing with a lot of choices of high quality food. Very good value for the price, we can recommend this place.

The sound isolation between the rooms could be better.
