The location of this residency was one of our highlights of the trip. You could reach almost to every visiting corner of the city by walking. Specially sea side walk roads. We love it to be able to walk around the harbour in the nights after dinner. We also loved the cleanliness of Diamond suit. It could be better if we have had a mirror and a make up stand in the room. The only mirror is in the bathroom.
Everybody should be aware that because of the very central location it is extremely loud. Thanks God that I had some ears pax. The Chania is a very live city in the nights. There some clubs near the Dimond suits so understandable that the sleeping time there starts first 3 o'clock in the morning. So be aware if you are sensible to the loudness.
We also didn't like the mattress of the bed I think because of its old it was very used and when you are on it, it gets very deeply down.

Very good location in the city center close to restaurants , shopping and night life. Spacious toilet .
The room needs some maintenance work . Many things need to be repaired and the door lock among them as it was a struggle to fit the key and open the door.

The location is perfect! Just a couple minutes walk and you are on the harbor. Comfortable bed.
The directions to get into the hotel room weren’t clear and we went in the wrong unit. Then the host made it seem like our fault. They wouldn’t give us extra towels upon request or allow late check out. The late check out I can understand but extra towels isn’t unreasonable.

Klimaanlage defekt, Vermieter hat angeblich Handwerker beauftragt und wartet drei Tage auf einen Rückruf um uns zu informieren wann der Mangel behoben wird.
