Spacious

Near the fridge is a stairwell that is blocked off at the top it is dark with no lighting. I wish I knew about this as I felt anxious the whole time 4x days and 4x nights. Air con needs to be looked at, it barely kept us cool for more than 1-2 hours and it would not increase fan speed despite setting. Leave no food around we came hm one arvo ants every where due to one tiny tomatoe on the floor or buy your own insect spray. Pet hair all over the couch which I wasn't a fan off. Lock on the front door jams making it hard to lock. Bins were overfilled when we arrived so kept rubbish indoors or dropped of else where. BYO: Washing laundry soap Toilet paper Disinfect spray for surfaces Sugar (there is coffee/tea made available) close to local plaza, parks and if your not fussed abt the above than it suits you well. Beds are comfy and clean so are the rooms. Take junction box!!!

Very convenient for our purpose which was visiting family nearby. Comfortable beds, quiet street, more spacious than it appears from outside. Bus stop just around the corner, 5 min drive or 15 min walk to shops. Felt at home.

The second bedroom has a window which is covered up so in effect, no window. We could have done with extra blankets on a couple of very cold nights. Not a lot of cooking equipment, however most visits are probably shorter stays than ours so this may not be a problem for most. Be aware that this accommodation is the bottom storey of a 2 level house. Upper and lower levels are separate rentals so there may be other guests above who share the back yard and driveway.

the washing machine was too close to shower hard to get in there need to be another drive way as it 2 separate units

the owner entered the property when we weren’t there and the people upstairs were loud and there was no tea towel to dry dishes

The location is great. The unit is bigger than I expected. it served us well for our stay.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. And we never heard back from message to owner Re check in but found the keys.

Facilities were clean and very comfortable. Very accessible and lovely front garden.

Gate could've been bit easier to manouver, and outdoor table/chairs cleaned.

The size of the property was very comfortable and it was great value.

The property was on the ground level with another dwelling above. At times you could hear movement.
