It seems like this place is more suitable for couples rather than families

One of the staff I think the older was very nice and tried hard to help..but the problem was with the other guy, the young spoilt one.

One of the Staff (the younger guy) is the worst I've ever seen in hotels. The toilet floor was full of sticky urine drops. Will never repeat this miserable stay

The location is great for traveller by airport bus or subway, only short walking distant from the stop. Friendly staff although cannot speak English, we communicate using Google translate.

Room is a bit small, bed was too soft so it wasn’t comfortable. My check-in time is 8 pm and no early check-in option available!! Please check your check-in time before you book the room.

I enjoyed the location, the complimentary things like face wash packets were also a nice touch, and the staff was very nice. They even offered us an umbrella for the rain.

The only things I didn’t like were aesthetic things like the exposed cement on the ceiling and the the color of the toilet seat that made it look well used, and the fact that the bathroom was a wet bathroom. However, these are mostly personal preference.
