Convenient location in a Sami back street close to ferry, shops, restaurants. Small garden with fruit trees and a patio/veranda is a pleasant oasis in the middle of the town

Visitors should be aware that this is a very small house with just a kitchen, tiny bathroom and three small bedrooms. There is no living area, no soft chairs, nowhere to sit except outside on hard wooden patio chairs (with the inevitable evening mosquitos). Furnishing is basic / budget, the beds are very hard and too short for anyone over 1.8m/6'1". All the kitchen units are at a very low level. There is nothing in the kitchen to make coffee(!).

The property is located a short walk from Sami harbour which is a beautiful location. The property is clean and the proprietors are friendly and accomodating. There is great air on and is comfortable for a family of 6. It is a great place from which you can explore the island.

It was in the town center, close to shops, the harbour and car rental.

A little small for 6 people.... quite a lot of noise from trucks, dogs, cats etc... Its nice but very small. The beds in the bunkroom were not good.

Great location for exploring Kefalonia. Easy going, quiet town with all the facilities we needed, and short walk to hikes, shops, restaurants great swimming beaches. Hosts were amazing, friendly and helpful. Great little house; very good value for money. The back verandah and big garden were lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

A little bit squeezy for 7 of us/2 families with one small bathroom. No lounge room, so back verandah and garden were the spot to sit - would benefit from a fan and outdoor sofa.

The bathroom and the kitchen could be bigger, as the house can fit 6 peoples, but it was fine

the location was ideal, one street back from the sea. the garden was lovely, lots of furniture and hammocks to enjoy the weather. the host was exceptional and communication very swift. air con was very efficient. plenty of parking.

Nice apartment, very good location. Bbq is perfect, situated in the beautiful garden. Beach on a stone throw distance. Perfect host, very help-full and polite. Check in and out worked very well. We’ll be back.
