El personal no es resolutivo. El personal podría ser más empático y servicial. Demoró mucho la recepción, problemas para asignar estacionamiento.

The location is inside the Residential Complex at the WTC. We chose this location for an event at the Pepsi Center. It is very central and in a secure zone of CDMX.

There were a few details with this room * The room is in a simple apartment with two other rooms and a shared bathroom. This detail was not clear to me while booking. * The apartment is inside the "Residential WTC" complex. There is a complicated security filter when you enter and leave and you need to leave your passport with them and will be asked various questions whenever you enter. This has made it uncomfortable to just go to the store outside and buy a few things. * There is no fan or A/C and the room got very hot and you can't even open the window fully * The bed is small and worn. It was not comfortable for two people * The host was not responsive when we arrived, and the security does not let you in if they do not have all the details. It took a while until he responded to our calls and he basically sent the details for the apartment while we were waiting on the street with all our luggage. * When responding, he mistook us for another guest who apparently sent him rude messages. It wasn't us, however, and this was unprofessional. You definitely want to be reading every detail and other reviews on Booking to avoid disappointments like this.
