Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Some noise from aircraft bound for Heathrow, but not too intrusive. We appreciated that the apartment had a lived-in feel to it, and was clearly not just an investment property.
Difficult to find the lockbox with the keys. Communication with the company that manages the apartment was not always easy. A substantial security deposit was required, but you would have to have read the small print to see this. After booking, I was contacted about the security deposit, and I thought at first that it was a scam. There is a need for greater transparency on this.
