The apartment was great. Very clean and quiet. Well equipped kitchen and laundry etc. Beautiful area in the mountains! Helpful staff!

The bedroom curtains were very sheer and thin meaning you woke up as soon as the sun came up. I asked for some sheets to try to block the light which helped a bit. When I’m on holiday I really prefer not waking up with the birds! I also found that there were small steps near doors that we both kept missing which were dangerous if you slipped. I also stubbed my toe a number of times on the uneven timber floor which was just part of the design.

very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and laundry. close to Kamikochi and nestled in amazing nature. we felt very secluded and peaceful.

there’s no sink in the toilet, and the bathroom could be more luxurious (although it works fine). the floor is a bit uneven and we kept stumping our toes!

Excellent service and property. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Property was super clean and everything was thoughtfully placed. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable stay for our family of 4. Great location, accessible to nearby bus stop and just a few minutes walk from the base of the snowfield!

Owners were friendly. Check-in was straightforward. Location is excellent. It was very convenient for our family with a small child. It was more than adequate for our purposes. We would stay again for the convenience and ease of check in.

Apartment smelled a little musty. Although it's partly refurbished there's still work to be done to make it value for money. The photos make it look a little better than it is.

Overall we liked the accommodation but felt the facility was a bit older than we thought.

Location and stuff!

The location was great and there was a really homely atmosphere, so it felt really at ease!

Great atmosphere! Felt cozy and comfortable. Beautiful setting and the mountain bike/snowboarding decor was fun!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and kind and gave us some suggestions for dinner places and stargazing areas. The shared lounge areas both on the first and second floor were very spacious and suitable for hanging out as a group. The outdoor area was also super relaxing. Although there are no private showers or baths in the rooms, it was nice that this place had a private bathroom available for families or couples in addition to the shared baths. The breakfast was very filling and wonderfully delicious! We only stayed for one night this time, but we hope we can stay longer next time and also enjoy the other activities / services that we didn’t have time for this time around!
