Very friendly and helpful host, charming flat tastefully decorated to suit the old building. Fantastic location with view of the piazza. Bus stop and ferry stop easy walk. Note there are stairs.

Rafaella is very kind. She met us at the apartment and helped carry our luggage to the top floor. The apartment is situated down a cute alley. The apartment itself has amazing views both of the piazza and the mountains. The apartment is extremely clean and furniture is in excellent condition. Rafaella checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. So thankful for her hospitality. I would definitely stay at this place.

The bed in the main room was creaky. The TV was hard to switch on and Netflix was not working. But that really did not impact our stay that we enjoyed.

This was a last minute reservation due to a bad experience at an Airbnb of the other side of Lake Como. We were SO THRILLED with this flat in Menaggio. The host was so accommodating of our needs for superior Wifi, a location close to restaurants and sightseeing, etc. We loved everything about this place and would not hesitate for a second to book it again should we return to Lake Como. Book this place, you will be so happy you did!

Ideally located apartment in the heart of the town. The kitchen had good supplies for short-term rent. Very comfortable! Raffaella and her team were very receptive on our arrival. We will come back!

The apartment was clean and tidy. Clean fridge and good dishwasher. Very spacious for 4 people. All bed linen and towels were provided. Good shower and bathroom. Contacted host as tripped the electric - nothing was any trouble,

Just the fact it was on the 3rd floor with no lift! We got used to it (just with suitcases and shopping) it was a task! It was good to work off the food and wine!

We stayed at this apartment with some friends (2 couples) and found it very comfortable. We made use of the kitchen, washing machine and were grateful for the cooling units in the two bedrooms.

Wish there were beach towels for the lake.

Perfectly located apartment in the heart of the town, very quiet and comfortable. The apartment and kitchen was very well equipped. Reasonably sized for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids under 5, they also provided a crib, high chair and plastic cutlery for toddlers. Secured parking garage was very close by for EUR10/day. Nice private laundry facilities with detergent for a longer stay.

Instructions to access the car garage could be better, we were quite confused, but managed to work it out after re-reading the instructions multiple times. Shower pressure was quite low, but manageable. The apartment did not have hand soap when we checked in (we felt it was an oversight by the cleaners as it was otherwise very well equipped), we told the agents, but we did not get it resolved, so we had to pop into the supermarket to get it ourselves.
