too far to walk into Looe. the property details stated 900m from centre - this probably referred to the site shop and not the distance to the centre of Looe.

The caravan was very clean. Everything at hand for eating in with a smart TV. The owner takes pride in ensuring that the caravan is kept updated quite clearly and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay.

The caravan was very clean and comfortable, the site was lovely and quiet and the location was perfect, the on site shop stocked everything you could think of and there was even an on site chippy. We took our dog with us and there was even a dedicated dog walking field that we made use of every day.

The double bed could do with a new more comfortable mattress, other than that we would definitely recommend this caravan and the pleasant owners.

Great location. To be honest we didn't spend a lot of time there, was just for somewhere to sleep.

Can't really say I didn't like anything, maybe just a little tight on space.

Great communication and flexibility from the owner. A short distance from Looe. Was good for a few night's stay.

The only thing that wasn't in keeping with the high standard of the rest of the property was the rusty telescopic rack next to the toilet ..??.

Property is clean, plenty of hangers and it is located in well maintained, quiet area.

Just to change the door lock. Its a bit annoying, having difficulty in opening and closing the door.

The kitchen was very well-stocked, the shower was excellent and the gas fire efficient. The caravan was warm. The site was quiet and clean. The Jolly Sailor in Looe serves excellent food. Peaky Blinders is a quirky and friendly bar. we had a sea safari and this was fantastic.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, as were the sofas. It wasn’t practical to walk to Looe, which was two and a half miles away, as there was no footpath and consequently quite unsafe, especially in the dark.

I liked the location as it was,between Looe and Polperro both lovely places to visit.

The double mattress was very uncomfortable:( We had issues lighting the oven & fire.Help came when we were out and said they were fine but we tried again with no luck.Was told to use the gas lighter if there was a problem which we decided against.

We had such a great stay in Looe. We hired this caravan from the guy who owned Delta Santana. We were informed very clearly of what to do when we arrived. We were given instructions on how to find the caravan and given the keycode for the keysafe. Everything was smooth. We saw the guy once when he came to change a gas bottle, but he was easily contactable if we needed him and he didn't pester us or intrude our stay. The location was fantastic - we got taxi's into Looe as we liked to have the option to have a drink in the pubs. It was about £7-8 each way. The caravan was modern and well equipped. We walked out of the campsite one day and followed the way to the costal path and we walked all the way to Polperro. It was a beautiful walk and well worth the hills for the views. I would avoid this walk if you are weak in the legs or unable to walk far.

The location, it was very quiet, had a great shop and fish and chip van. Loved the dog walking area. The accommodation had everything that we needed.

The beds were very soft, not great for our backs

Great location, lovely neat and tidy caravan with everything you need.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The main concern was there there was no heating in the caravan, just a fire and a portable radiator. This unfortunately meant it was freezing cold in there. There was a sign in the caravan asking that pets do not sit on sofa or beds, I feel this information needs to be relayed to someone before they book. I wouldn't have booked this had I have known previously.,
