Very Clean (except the air filters: very dusty) 5 year old spilled water out of the tub and went to clean the floor with white towel and little dirt was on the towel. Ceiling fan light in master bedroom was out (flickering) but we used the side table lamps. The TV remotes in the bedrooms were very hard to figure out.

I do not plan to stay on a Vacasa property again. The property management was terrible. On first arriving, we found what looked like cigarette ash/dirt in the both toilet bowls. Then we discovered the dishes in the cupboards were filthy. I like to take my shoes off when 'at home'. Put my feet up to watch tv, and my husband pointed out bottom of my feet were BLACK with dirt. Gas fireplace did not work properly, could only see the blue pilot light in rear. There were pot lids, but no pots. The only positive experience was working with the customer service. Tina was good about attempting to fix things. She arranged for Trisha to come and clean our unit. The condo pictures were deceptive. They had arranged furniture to have it appear larger than it was. Took out the tiny table (which was the only table inside) when the pictures for the living area were taken. Although it was described as for four adults - four could not use the table at the same time. Very unpleasant stay. We left a day early to go home to our clean home

Two bedroom condo was very clean upon arrival. Bedrooms were very nice sized and each had its own bathroom . Location was good. There were back stairs which led to a street that led directly to the Main Street in Downtown gatlinburg. It was a nice 5 minute walk. Saves on parking hassle and cost. The condo had all the extras you could ask for. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels , bath towels , garbage bags etc. Plenty of parking is available . We were also very impressed with the continued contact from vacasa while we were here. They let us know that our condo was ready 3 hours early, checked in with us to make sure our condo was prepared well and clean and also gave us a final email before we left . We will definitely deal with them again. All and all this was a great family vacation with my daughter and her family for the Thanksgiving holiday .

The floor was a little dirty (my baby’s feet were filthy) but otherwise it was great! However, not super handicapped or stroller friendly if you plan to walk everywhere because there are only stairs to get down unless you walk down the big hill.

Check in/out process was very easy and the communication was great. The unit was clean with an abundance of towels. There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed: (1) only one operational plug on several electrical outlets in either bedroom; we had to alternate between phone charger, nightstand light, and alarm clock; (2) the balcony light wasn't working - probably just needs a new bulb; (3) the fireplace wasn't working and it appears the gas was off to the unit because we couldn't get the pilot lit or sense air being purged from the burner; (4) the 2nd bathroom drain is plugged to where the water begins to pool immediately. The unit has a kitchenette but it is very small and don't expect a full-size kitchen. However, there are so many restaurants and activities nearby that this didn't impact our stay. This unit is located only a few blocks from the Parkway and there is a convenient trolley stop ~200 yards away.

Property is a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The property was clean and well supplied. The only negative was that the door code is long and had to get phone out to look up code.
We definitely would rent again if available.

I could not ask for anything more for a place to stay while I was in town for business. Beautiful, clean and quite rooms. Close to everything but not busy.

This property has a great location to downtown activities. It also has great views of the town and surrounding area. This condo would have been perfect for our stay if the master bathroom had been clean. The shower had pink bacteria around the edge and covering the shower curtain. We showered with the curtain open because we did not want it to touch us. There was also black gunk in the surrounding tile grout.

I just spent 3 days in Gatlinburg with my family and really enjoyed this condo. Everything was clean and being on the 6th floor provided great views of the smokies. Highly recommend & look forward to future bookings.

We loved our stay! The condo was so clean and such a great view from the balcony. The walk back from downtown was definitely a workout but we didn’t mind!

We were very pleased with this condo, and we enjoyed our stay.
The only problem we had was the digital lock was very uncooperative. We usually had to try 4 or 5 times before the door would unlock.

Easy check in, dirty dishes in the cupboard but that was the last guests doing. Very cozy and walking distance to great restaurants. Felt safe.

Location is good, the view, the pool, the AC. But the apartment needs additional cleaning (the floor under the beds is really dirty, and the bathrooms are not cleaned, that shows that the cleaning is superficial). It’s not a rent to eat there, you have to eat elsewhere so if you want to save some money by cooking something light this place is not appropriate, the kitchen is small and uncomfortable. Laundry would be better, specially if you are going to rent it for several days.

The unit itself was awesome and we really enjoyed the outside patio. The “stairs to downtown” were a bit much for our 4 year old and would have been difficult for most elderly individuals, but it was nice to have easy access downtown. The facility management left much to be desired. I called for assistance on multiple occasions for simple things and was told that the management would be in the next day. We stayed 4 days and didn’t see anyone in the office the entire time.

The condo was very clean and cared for especially for an older condo. We had the best view of the fireworks in all of Gatlinburg right from our balcony. The other reviews I read left me very nervous but they seemed very inaccurate upon arrival.it was not a Hilton but it was clean and comfortable. I don’t use our room except to sleep. I would give it a four star.

Beautiful views of anakeesta mountain, the skywalk and mountains. being away from the noise of downtown but within walking distance with a little up hill/down hill walk.

The only negative, and it's minor, would be that there were no streaming devices available. It was nice having the cable option but this day and age is not crazy expensive to install a simple roku or Firestick that can be logged into.

This place was just a short walk to downtown. Very clean and wonderful view. We just wished the fireplace worked. But it was still wonderful! Would love to stay again!

Great location just a short walk to the strip. Very clean and well kept! Glass it was an end unit with a private balcony. Overall a great experience! We will be back.
