Look no further! This is a spectacular home close to everything. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and is within a safe neighborhood. The special touches added by the cleaning crew made us feel welcomed and right at home. Communication with management was superb. We will definitely return!

The house was beautiful!! Comfortable, Clean and spacious. There were 6 of us and it had all the amenities we needed. Felt very safe. Close to town. Not walking distance but Uber was always 1-2 minutes away. Laura, the home host, was the sweetest and so helpful. She responded to questions within minutes. We loved the place!! Would stay there again!

Amazing home perfect for girls’ trip, families, couples, university visits, you name it! The host was very easy to communicate with and super sweet!! The home is the best of everything. Very comfortable with the best of modern meets history. We were in town for a girls weekend and the location is central to everything yet quiet and peaceful. This home is a must!! Next time I will not look further. This is the place!!!

Our experience was nothing less than Fantastic! Everything was gorgeous and well appointed which made us feel at home in Nashville. The location was perfect and a short walk or drive to all that is Nashville! I would love to experience another stay in this Beautiful home!

This was a great property. Plenty of room for all three couples and very nice having our own bathrooms. Easily walking distances to downtown and all the fun. Only bummer was the radio system didn’t work due to others misbehaving and not following rules. This is a great place. Thank you

Home was in the perfect location and perfect! It’s nice to have space but still vacation with your friends. Uber and Lyft rides were fast and convenient

This was the perfect little house. I walked in and said I wanted to purchase it! All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom...the house is gorgeous and very spacious. We were there for a baseball tournament and stayed near the team hotel...but, I also have family in town and plan to rent this place time and time again. It was central for everything we did...and on my morning walks it was some great sight seeing!

We enjoyed the location and the house was extremely clean, very centrally located and was extremely accommodating. Great communication with the host and a great quiet neighborhood that was so close to everything we came to town for. We would love to come back and stay again, thank you for an amazing week.

This was our first time to Nashville with three couples. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group with each couple having their own en suite to each bedroom. Location was nice - close to music row, the gulch and downtown. Walkable to all the sites or jump on a trolley.

Such a beautiful home! Very clean. Prompt communication with property manager. We had a small issue with the heating unit upstairs and it was quickly attended to. We love being able to walk to some delicious restaurants, shops, and Vanderbilt campus. The home was clean and fit my group of friends with plenty of space. We were able to use a grocery delivery service for some necessities once we arrived. Thank you for sharing your property with us for a memorable trip!

This property was renovated to modern standards while retaining original elements that make it stand above most rental properties we’ve seen! The host was responsive and all needs were covered. We will return.

This property was more beautiful than the online pictures showed. Plenty of space for everyone. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Lighting system was complicated, but ended up being a laughable challenge!! House was within “safe” walking distance of many places. We will absolutely stay here in the future!

We had such a great time in Nashville for a long weekend. Three couples and this house was the perfect fit for that. Close enough to walk or Uber most places on our list. Super comfy beds, great kitchen. Water pressure in one of the upstairs showers needs some work and surprised no tvs in upstairs area or bedrooms. Nicely decorated and super clean. Thank you!

Property is lovely and generally well-appointed albeit showing some light signs of usage. It has been recently rehabbed and was very comfortable for gathering with friends. We misread the listing (that's on us) and assumed there were four bedrooms, but really there are only three, plus a sofa in the living room and an alcove upstairs also with a sofa. Some curiosities -- shower doors that open in instead of out, lack of consistent hot water in any of the showers, and only cold water in one. We swapped showers to ensure everyone could have a hot shower. House is a great jumping-off point for town and is in walking distance of morning coffee and restaurants. Cute neighborhood and good contact with property manager.
